1. What type of hair does MélaninRAW sell?

We specialize in 100% RAW Cambodian and RAW Vietnamese hair. Every bundle is unprocessed, single-donor, and authentic — never mixed, never factory-made.

2. When will my order ship? How long is shipping?
Our processing time is 1–7 business days. Processing begins as soon as your order is placed. We ship daily, so in many cases your order may be processed faster than the full 7 days.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days with our standard carrier.

 

During MélaninRAW Sales or Promotions, processing time may take up to 5–10 business days due to high order volume. Your order will ship immediately after processing is complete.

Need your hair fast? Select Express Shipping at checkout. Express orders usually ship within 24–72 business hours, and once shipped, arrive in 1–2 business days (depending on your location).

 

3. What is your return or exchange policy?

At MélaninRAW, every bundle is sourced and inspected with care. Due to the nature of our raw hair, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about lengths, textures, or care, contact us prior to ordering and we’ll guide you.

In the rare case of an issue, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order so our team can assist you.
